Synthetic consciousness (ROBOTS)
Will machines connecting to each other through programmed interactions facilitate the growth of an infrastructural type of “communal synthetic thought” formation that could become unfamiliar to humans?
The avatar with a 5 year old level of “thinking” has me thinking.
Could the growing complexity of links to information, programmed behaviors or interactions, and the ability to search for information and synthesize new possibilites from it move smart machines and synthetic life from the role of “servants” to “equals” or “masters”? Could we become the faulty circuit in keepng things running as programmed?
